If you had IV sedation, you'll rest in our recovery area for a short time while the medication wears off. We'll only release you to your driver when we're confident you're ready.

You'll receive written aftercare instructions and prescriptions for any needed medications. We'll also schedule your follow-up appointment before you leave.

Recovery at Home

Most patients are surprised by how manageable recovery is. You may have some swelling and mild discomfort, but this is typically well-controlled with medication and ice packs.
