Dr. Rafik Dib is a board-certified periodontist with advanced expertise in dental implants, esthetic gum procedures, and regenerative periodontal therapy. With a unique dual background as both a pharmacist and a periodontist, Dr. Dib combines medical insight with surgical precision to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree summa cum laude from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2010, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from LSU School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class in 2014. He went on to complete a rigorous residency in Periodontics at LSU, earning a Master of Science in 2017. His master’s thesis focused on the use of biologic growth factors to treat aggressive periodontal disease, reflecting his dedication to integrating the latest scientific advancements into patient care.
Dr. Dib remains at the forefront of his field, regularly attending national and international conferences in implant dentistry, soft tissue grafting, and bone regeneration to ensure his patients receive the most modern, effective treatments available.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, with working proficiency in Spanish, Dr. Dib connects easily with patients from all backgrounds, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for every visit.
